Graduate Treasury Analyst

About the role

The Graduate Treasury Analyst will join a leading investment bank in London's West End, supporting daily treasury operations and cash management. This full‑time, hybrid position is designed for recent graduates with a STEM background who are eager to develop a career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across multiple currencies and legal entities.
• Execute cash transfers and funding transactions.
• Produce daily cash position reports and monitor liquidity requirements.
• Support optimisation of cash balances to maximise interest income.
• Perform cash forecasting and reporting.
• Handle banking and treasury administration tasks.
• Assist with month‑end closing and control activities.
• Drive systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent academic background with a STEM degree (graduating 2025 or 2026).
• Preferably from a Russell Group or Red Brick university.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work three days per week on‑site in London.
• Immediate availability or a very short notice period.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and basic financial modelling).
