Graduate/Junior Electronic Engineer – R&D Role

Key responsibilities

• Design and modify PCB layouts.
• Develop and test electronic circuits.
• Write, debug and maintain firmware for microcontroller‑based systems.
• Perform hardware testing, validation and prototype assembly.
• Identify and resolve faults in electronic hardware.
• Create technical documentation and design records.
• Support product development projects within an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists and software specialists across the R&D team.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of industry experience (graduates and junior engineers welcome).
• Understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Knowledge of electronic circuit design principles.
• Exposure to embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Interest in firmware development and embedded programming.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team.
