Graphic Designer / Artworker – Packaging

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning global manufacturer that creates luxury packaging and gifting solutions for high‑profile brands in sports, entertainment, and retail. The successful candidate will join the creative team in Romsey, developing compelling packaging concepts and delivering production‑ready artwork for premium projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts and visual mock‑ups.
• Create production‑ready artwork that meets manufacturing specifications.
• Produce product visualisations using Adobe Stager, Blender and other 3D tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and existing assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, artwork techniques, and production technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in packaging design and artwork.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, visualisation, and finished artwork.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation tools.
• Understanding of print and production processes.
