Graphic Designer / Artworker – Packaging (Romsey)

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning global manufacturer of luxury packaging and gifting solutions. The successful candidate will join a creative team in Romsey, developing premium packaging concepts for internationally recognised brands across sports, entertainment, luxury and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts and visual mock‑ups.
• Create production‑ready artwork that meets manufacturing specifications.
• Produce product visuals using Adobe Stager, Blender and other 3D tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency with established client brand guidelines and assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, artwork techniques and production technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in packaging design and artwork.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, visualisation and finished artwork.
• Understanding of print and production processes.
