Graphic Designer – B2B Engineering & Design Firm

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join a global B2B engineering, design and manufacturing business. Working from our Holton St Mary office, you will produce visual content that supports marketing campaigns, exhibitions, digital platforms and printed materials across four brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for brochures, press releases, websites, email campaigns and social media.
• Support advertising and communication initiatives, including exhibitions and trade shows throughout the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and creativity.
• Assist with market research to inform design decisions and messaging.
• Write and edit copy for marketing materials where required.
• Maintain relationships with media, agencies and industry bodies.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to marketing planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial, preferably B2B, setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and project‑management capability.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm.
