Graphic Designer – Digital & Print Creative

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join a fast‑paced team in Ashington. You will bring brands to life through eye‑catching digital and print visuals while collaborating with senior marketing leaders across the UK, Europe and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Create a wide range of digital and print assets, including media, ads, brochures, catalogues, presentations and in‑store graphics.
• Design creative for trade shows, exhibitions and brand activations.
• Work closely with the global marketing team to communicate the brand visually and maintain consistency.
• Present new ideas and concepts to support ongoing brand development.
• Manage cloud‑based asset libraries and keep organised artwork records.
• Prepare print specifications, obtain supplier quotes and liaise with printers through to final delivery.
• Conduct quality‑control checks on printed materials.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion or luxury goods.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and a positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with external suppliers such as printers.

What we offer

• Salary £32,000 – £36,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Monday‑Thursday 08:30‑17:00, Friday 09:00‑15:00.
