Graphic Designer (Fixed-Term) – Crewe

About the role

This fixed‑term Graphic Designer position is based in Crewe within a public‑sector organisation. You will help shape the visual identity of the agency while supporting a broad range of marketing and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the organisation’s rebrand and ongoing brand development.
• Create high‑quality assets for digital, print, social media, email and web channels.
• Design and maintain branded templates in PowerPoint, Word, Canva and Mailchimp.
• Produce visual content for stakeholder engagement, including event collateral, banners and digital displays.
• Assist with email marketing, social media management and LinkedIn advertising.
• Write, edit and proofread marketing and communication materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies on creative and digital projects.
• Update website content and manage the digital asset library.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, branding and marketing communications.
• Strong copywriting, editing and content creation abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in Canva, Mailchimp, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
