Graphic Designer – Healthcare Creative

About the role

As a Graphic Designer in Costello Medical’s Creative team, you will create a wide range of visual assets for clients in the healthcare sector. You will be involved from concept development through to full production, enjoying real autonomy and the chance to work on both commercial and pro‑bono projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging materials such as infographics, posters, event collateral and other visual assets for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate early with designers, project managers and clients to define scope, purpose and strategic approach.
• Produce high‑quality design outputs, offering technical insight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to motion and digital projects, including interactive exhibition materials, video editing, animations and eLearning modules where skill‑set permits.
• Support pro‑bono work for charities and public‑sector organisations alongside commercial assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within healthcare or scientific communication.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for data visualisation and communicating complex scientific information clearly.
• Willingness to engage in both commercial and charitable projects.
