Graphic Designer – Marketing & Creative

About the role

The Portfolio Group is looking for an enthusiastic, hands‑on Graphic Designer to champion and promote our brand identity across both print and digital media. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create compelling marketing collateral and optimise email and social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Produce marketing collateral such as case studies, product fact sheets, presentations and multimedia content.
• Conduct bi‑annual competitor reviews to keep the brand ahead of market trends.
• Stay updated on client, competitor, legal, technological and social changes to ensure relevant design output.
• Create engaging email, social media and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to use web analytics for campaign optimisation.
• Manage the weekly marketing request list and act as the central point for design delivery.
• Design internal communications, partnership materials and corporate event assets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Experience with social media marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and web analytics.
