Graphic Designer – Medlock Square Marketing

About the role

Based in Manchester, this permanent full‑time position supports the creation and delivery of visual content for Medlock Square campaigns, activations and destination experiences. You will produce engaging assets that enhance awareness, audience interaction and visitor experiences across digital, social and on‑site channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital, social, web and on‑site channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media and Activations teams to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Create graphics and promotional materials for events, activations and destination experiences.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and manage artwork updates, design requests and timelines.
• Maintain organised design workflows, asset libraries and contribute to continuous improvement of creative processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing graphic design assets in marketing or consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout and visual communication principles.
• Ability to manage multiple creative priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude when working with cross‑functional teams.
