Graphic Designer – Print (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality and spa destination in Northumberland to build an in‑house creative team. As a Print‑Focused Graphic Designer you will own the visual output across both print and digital channels, helping to shape the brand’s premium identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality print collateral such as brochures, menus, event programmes and signage.
• Manage end‑to‑end print production, liaising with suppliers and conducting press checks.
• Create digital assets for social media, email, web and campaign use.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
• Support wider teams with design for events, partnerships and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Deep knowledge of print production, pre‑press and colour management.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus.
