Graphic Designer – Sport (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer who lives and breathes sport to join an award‑winning, social‑first creative agency. Working on high‑profile campaigns for leading sports brands, you will create scroll‑stopping content that reaches millions of fans worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching social media assets for sport brands, teams and rights holders.
• Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets that maximise clicks and engagement.
• Produce creative for season launches, kit reveals, player signings, partnerships and major sporting events.
• Develop and evolve brand identities within the sports industry.
• Deliver reactive content for live moments alongside planned campaign work.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives and account teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Use social performance data and audience insights to continuously improve creative output.
• Support motion design through animations and social‑first video assets where possible.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑first graphic design.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
• Genuine passion for sport and understanding of fan behaviour.
• Excellent typography, branding, composition and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
