Graphic Designer – Tender & Pitch Deck Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate the visual standard of our tender submissions, pitch decks and supporting collateral. Working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, you will transform operational, culinary and commercial content into compelling, brand‑led visual narratives that strengthen win themes and engage clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design full tender submissions in Adobe InDesign, ensuring clarity, consistency and premium presentation.
• Create high‑impact PowerPoint pitch decks with strong visual hierarchy, infographics, timelines and service models.
• Maintain brand governance across all materials, aligning with brand guidelines and sector‑specific tone.
• Translate complex operational information into intuitive diagrams, graphics and visual stories.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers, chefs, operations and marketing teams to refine content and ensure visual coherence.
• Manage version control and multiple concurrent bids, delivering accurate, print‑ready files on time.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Experience designing bids, proposals or commercial submissions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to interpret technical or operational information and convert it into clear visual formats.
• Strong layout, typography and brand‑application skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working to immovable deadlines.
