Graphics Project Manager

About the role

The client is a creative production partner specialising in live events, exhibitions and branded spaces. They are seeking a Graphics Project Manager to oversee graphics projects from the initial brief through to final installation, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage graphics and production projects from concept to installation.
• Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, approvals, production requirements and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate design, print production, manufacturing, logistics and installation teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and support live‑event installations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and provide regular updates.
• Prepare quotations, monitor budgets and identify cost risks early.
• Raise purchase orders, support invoicing and track costs to protect margins.
• Coordinate installation planning, including RAMS, site access and team briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing graphics or production projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and support on‑site installations.
