Grill Chef

About the role

Honest Burgers is looking for a dedicated Grill Chef to join our London kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering our signature medium‑rare burgers and rosemary chips while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Run and manage the grill section on shift, ensuring consistent output.
• Maintain health and safety standards and meet set KPIs.
• Control stock, manage cost of goods sold (COGS), and ensure compliance with restaurant policies.
• Support the development of junior team members.
• Continuously seek improvements to service and overall restaurant performance.

Required profile

• Passion for fresh, high‑quality food and classic hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.
• Commitment to upholding health, safety, and food‑quality standards.
• Willingness to progress to a Grill Master role after probation.
