About the role
We are seeking a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Network Plus in Wilden. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas across various sites, with the flexibility of day or night shifts and overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Cut and trim grass using appropriate equipment.
- Collect litter and keep designated areas tidy.
- Perform general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Carry out basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for travelling between sites).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time‑management and reliability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with grass‑cutting and strimming equipment.
- Competence in basic tool maintenance.
