About the role
We are seeking motivated Grounds Maintenance Operatives for a long‑term assignment in Stroud. The role offers competitive hourly rates and the chance to progress to a permanent position after a successful temporary period.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out vegetation clearance, including weeding, mowing and strimming.
- Remove trees and shrubs, operating chainsaws and wood chippers safely.
- Perform general grounds upkeep and maintain high health‑and‑safety standards on site.
Required profile
- Previous commercial grounds maintenance experience is preferred; groundwork labourers may be considered.
- Valid CSCS Card is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least two years (essential).
- Available to start immediately.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £15.00‑£17.50 (PAYE/UMB)
- Long‑term temporary contract with potential permanent progression
- Immediate start following induction
