About the role
We are seeking an experienced groundworker to join a housing development site in Aylesbury. The position is full‑time, on‑site and offers an hourly rate of £23, paid via CIS.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks on a residential construction site.
- Operate and maintain tools required for ground preparation and excavation.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Required profile
- Possession of a valid CSCS or CPCS card.
- Proven groundworks experience on housing projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Availability to start immediately.
