About the role
We are seeking an experienced Groundworker who also holds a valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper licence to join a commercial construction project in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The role combines driving a dumper on‑site with hands‑on groundworks tasks, offering a steady £22 per hour rate on a CIS basis.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the dumper safely throughout the working day.
- Assist the groundworks gang with site preparation, trenching, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to site PPE requirements.
- Follow daily schedules, working 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (9‑hour day, 45 hours per week).
Required profile
- Valid CPCS or NPORS dumper licence.
- Proven experience as a groundworker and dumper driver.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team and follow instructions.
- Punctuality and reliability for full‑time, onsite work.
