Groundworker – Dumper & Roller Tickets Required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker who holds valid Dumper and Roller tickets for an ongoing construction project in Tilbury, Essex. The role is full‑time and starts as soon as possible, offering a fast‑paced site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out deep and shallow drainage works.
• Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks.
• Excavate, trench and prepare foundations.
• Screed and level surfaces to required tolerances.
• Operate a forward‑tipping dumper and a ride‑on roller safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the 360° excavator driver.

Required profile

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card for dumper and roller operation.
• Valid CSCS card (green or blue).
• Proven experience in drainage, concreting and general groundworks.
• Full 5‑point PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, steel‑toe boots, gloves, glasses).
• Two verifiable references from previous construction employers.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
