Groundworker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team in Hoole, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance services. You will work on a variety of ground‑working tasks, ensuring homes are safe, warm and of good quality for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Complete ground‑working tasks such as fencing, external works, flagging and paving.
• Carry out general property repairs and maintenance.
• Champion customers' rights to safe and comfortable homes.
• Maintain strong health and safety awareness on all sites.
• Build excellent relationships with colleagues, contractors and clients.
• Use computer‑based systems for reporting and scheduling after training.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence for site travel.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a groundworker.
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Self‑motivated with a ‘right first time’ approach.
• Strong personal values that align with client expectations.
• Willingness to adopt new software tools after training.
