Groundworkers and Site Staff – Construction Projects

About the role
Hannafin Contractors Limited is seeking experienced groundworkers and site staff to join a major new construction project in Cheltenham. The role offers full‑time, temporary or freelance opportunities within a supportive, family‑run business.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out groundworks tasks, including excavation, drainage installation and site preparation.
- Work individually or as part of established gangs to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with foremen, site managers and engineers to ensure quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in groundworks or a related construction discipline.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Valid CSCS, CPCS or NPORS card (SMSTS required for management roles).
Required skills
- Groundworks techniques and drainage installation.
- Possession of CSCS, CPCS, NPORS or SMSTS certification.
