Group Administrator (Part‑Time, 12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Group Administrator to provide efficient, organised support across the company. Working remotely, you will partner with People, Finance and Senior Management teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day administration and accurate data handling.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, conduct right‑to‑work checks and manage onboarding/offboarding.
- Process invoices, manage purchase ledger, and support procurement and CRM administration.
- Handle legal administration, including company secretary calendar, document filing and shareholder portal maintenance.
- Support Senior Management with PowerPoint presentations, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and cultural activities.
- Organise company social events, quizzes and other ad‑hoc initiatives.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a PA, administrator or office manager in a small, international business.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication, numerical and organisational skills.
- Professional, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
