Group Bookings Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Group Bookings Advisor to join a leading premium automotive retailer in Cheltenham. You will be the first point of contact for customers booking vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle servicing and repair appointments, gathering all necessary information to allocate the correct work.
• Confirm booking times, provide expected turnaround, and arrange courtesy vehicles or alternative transport when required.
• Check vehicle history, recalls, service plans and warranty details, and communicate guide prices to customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities for products and services and record them accurately.
• Update customer records and GDPR preferences, and conduct targeted outbound campaigns to existing customers.
• Handle objections professionally and secure bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive and target‑driven attitude with solid problem‑solving abilities.
