Group Charter Sales Consultant – £35k base + uncapped commission

About the role

As a Group Charter Sales Consultant you will create bespoke private‑air solutions for groups of 19 passengers or more, ranging from sports teams to film crews. Based in London, you will work with a global network of airlines and clients to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect and build a pipeline of potential charter clients.
• Contact prospects via calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings to generate new business.
• Convert leads into repeat customers and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Collaborate with airline partners to select the optimal aircraft for each charter.
• Oversee bookings, ensure compliance and attend key client departures when required.
• Meet and exceed activity, revenue and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably with luxury products or services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Full UK driver’s licence and flexibility to travel on short notice.
