Group FP&A Manager

About the role

Brewer Morris is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across its multi‑entity international professional services group. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with senior leadership to provide insight that drives strategic decisions and supports growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes for the entire group.
• Produce executive and board‑level reports with clear commentary on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses and KPI dashboards.
• Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI and other business‑intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to support commercial decisions and operational initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and transformation projects to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, reporting controls and compliance across the organisation.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent FP&A experience.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a multi‑entity or international environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial insight capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
