Group Logistics Finance Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

The Group Logistics Finance Analyst will support daily finance operations for Nomad Foods, a leading FMCG company behind brands such as Birdseye, Aunt Bessie, Findus and Goodfella pizzas. Working in a hybrid setting from Woking, you will partner with the Group Logistics Finance Manager to monitor, analyse and report logistics costs across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse logistics KPIs, comparing actuals to budget and prior year.
• Consolidate logistics cost forecasts across markets and functions.
• Contribute to month‑end close activities, including variance analysis and cost‑centre reviews.
• Prepare clear commentary on financial performance and key drivers.
• Support Latest View submissions with accurate data.
• Maintain forecasting models, assumptions and reporting files.
• Provide financial analysis for cost‑saving initiatives and logistics projects.
• Perform routine financial checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or part‑qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics finance.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting technology.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
