Group Management Accountant – Fixed Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Group Management Accountant to join our global finance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in South West London and working in a hybrid model, you will support the Group Finance Manager with month‑end close, balance‑sheet control and group reporting for our international software business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and credit‑card, supplier and other control accounts across multiple entities.
• Manage the fixed‑asset register, including additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation and reconciliations.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries – accruals, pre‑payments, payroll and inter‑company.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and support the month‑end close process for all regions.
• Assist with group cash‑flow reporting, P&L variance analysis and revenue‑recognition processes.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Work on NetSuite ERP enhancements, identify automation opportunities and ensure data integrity across finance systems.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively with global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, Power Query).
• NetSuite ERP system.
• TimeLog or similar operational systems.
