About the role
Join a leading inbound tour operator as a Group Operations Executive, responsible for delivering tailored itineraries for international groups travelling across the UK and Ireland. The role requires fluency in Italian and English and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced travel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage group travel enquiries and prepare accurate quotations.
- Create bespoke itineraries for international groups.
- Liaise with hotels, attractions and transport providers to negotiate rates and confirm availability.
- Secure bookings, prepare travel documentation and ensure smooth execution of trips.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in Italian and English (essential).
- Experience in inbound travel, hotel group reservations, or hotel reception.
- Excellent organisational, communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Passion for travel and hospitality.
