Group Reporting Manager – Tech (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join our tech‑focused business in Woking. This permanent position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and provides a unique opportunity to move from an accounting practice into an industry environment, gaining exposure to both core reporting and FP&A activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Group consolidation process.
• Prepare key components of half‑year and year‑end Group reporting.
• Manage the Group reporting timetable across all reporting cycles.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of statutory accounts for multiple entities.
• Work closely with senior finance leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support Head Office cost‑centre reporting and analysis.
• Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Drive improvements to reporting processes, controls and efficiencies.
• Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit.
• Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business and contribute to ad‑hoc Group Finance projects.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CA).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Practice background with exposure to Group reporting, consolidations or complex client work.
• Motivation to develop commercial finance and FP&A experience alongside technical reporting.
