Group Reward Manager – Projects (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Group Reward Manager – Projects to lead high‑visibility, global reward initiatives for a fast‑moving, matrixed organisation. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will act as the central coordinator for multiple programmes, reporting to senior reward leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Global Pay Transparency Programme, coordinating multi‑country delivery, developing salary ranges, and publishing pay bands in line with EU legislation.
• Manage employee pay information requests, benchmarking, and deliver analytical insights to support decision‑making.
• Educate leaders on pay transparency principles and communicate the organisation’s pay philosophy.
• Own the Global Recognition Programme, rolling out a new non‑financial recognition platform and designing peer‑to‑peer recognition aligned to company values.
• Translate reward philosophy into tangible experiences and build capability across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience at manager or senior‑manager level in reward, compensation, or HR consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, global projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR, Finance, Legal and international markets.
• High‑trust, detail‑oriented, and capable of working autonomously without a direct team.
