Group Risk Client Support

About the role

Ashe Consulting is seeking an experienced Group Risk Client Support professional to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and their Group Risk contracts. You will act as the primary administrative liaison between advisers, insurers and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of benefits such as Group Life, Disability Income, Private Health Insurance and Critical Illness cover.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client portfolios for Group Risk and related employee benefits.
• Provide proactive support to Group Risk Advisers to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Negotiate preferred terms with insurers and coordinate policy documentation.
• Attend client meetings, gather requirements and draft recommendation reports.
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities within the Group Risk & Healthcare segment.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude with a reliable work ethic.
• Experience in managing group risk or employee benefits portfolios.
