Group Risk Proposition Consultant

About the role

We are a leading player in the Group Insurance market, delivering award‑winning propositions to corporate customers. As a Group Risk Proposition Consultant you will help shape and manage our flexible‑benefits offering within Zurich Corporate Risk.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate proposition plans with input from stakeholders, focusing on the flexible benefit sector.
• Support development and management of a 3‑year proposition strategy and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Develop business cases, conduct competitive analysis and research primary data to inform new propositions.
• Identify risks, ensure compliance with organisational policies and oversee implementation of processes and systems.
• Manage third‑party supplier and intermediary agreements and act as subject‑matter expert for the wider ZCR business.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in a technical group risk role (Corporate Protection) including the flexible benefits sector.
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred (e.g., GR1, FPC, Project Management).
• Strong numeracy, literacy and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and within project teams.
• Experience working with intermediaries or customers is desirable.
