Group Sales & Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head a small, high‑performing sales and customer service team in the North West. You will oversee two Sales Estimators and a group of Move Managers, ensuring every moving enquiry is handled with care, efficiency, and commercial focus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a close‑knit sales and service team.
• Drive pipeline performance and revenue through hands‑on management.
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Monitor KPIs, spot trends and implement continuous improvements.
• Handle escalated queries while keeping service quality paramount.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
• Report performance and collaborate with operational colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales, customer service or coordination teams in a service‑oriented environment.
• Commercially sharp, target‑driven and comfortable with data‑focused decision making.
• Calm under pressure, solution‑focused and an excellent communicator.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
