Group Sales Trainer

About the role

Based in a Miller Homes regional office, the Group Sales Trainer will travel regularly across England and Scotland, spending significant time in Edinburgh. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving sales training programmes for Development Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors. You will work closely with the Group Sales team to enhance the capability, confidence and performance of sales staff throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions across the business.
• Support the development of both new and experienced sales professionals through structured learning pathways.
• Create and maintain high‑quality training materials, e‑learning content and sales development resources.
• Identify skills gaps and training needs in collaboration with regional and divisional leadership teams.
• Coach and support Sales Managers and Regional leaders in developing high‑performing sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Track record of delivering sales results and improving team performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insight into action.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
