Growth & GTM Founder’s Associate

About the role

As Spruce prepares for its next fundraise, you’ll work closely with the founders to drive growth across the business. You’ll be involved in everything from running experiments to creating marketing assets, supporting sales, and analysing data. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have a direct impact on scaling the company.

Key responsibilities

• Running growth experiments – set up, test, iterate on marketing levers.
• Creating and managing ads, creative assets and content for top‑ and middle‑funnel marketing.
• Supporting sales and customer‑success teams by building systems that scale efficiently.
• Analyzing platform usage data, conversion rates and reporting insights to guide strategy.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of professional experience, proactive and results‑driven.
• Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
• People‑oriented, comfortable building relationships with installers and internal teams.
• Advanced use of AI tools and large language models.
