Growth Marketing & Acquisition Manager – Worry-Free Parenting

About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing & Acquisition Manager to own how Pregnancy+ grows its user base worldwide. You will shape the acquisition strategy across paid and unpaid channels, measure performance, and drive the mix toward sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition portfolio across paid social, paid search, Apple Search Ads, ASO, SEO and emerging channels such as GEO and creator‑led growth.
• Set and manage cost of acquisition and active user growth, continuously rebalance channel mix and test new opportunities.
• Build and run a high‑output creative engine with UGC specialists, creators and agencies, writing briefs and testing concepts at scale.
• Develop measurement and incrementality infrastructure, own attribution, event tracking and regular incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, lifecycle, CRM and partnership teams to turn acquisition into long‑term value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of user acquisition experience for consumer mobile apps, managing strategy across multiple channels and markets.
• Proven track record of reducing cost of acquisition through creative testing and data‑driven optimisation.
• Strong expertise in mobile measurement, attribution, MMPs and incrementality testing.
• Experience selecting and managing agencies, freelancers and specialist partners.
• Bias‑to‑action mindset, comfortable shipping and iterating quickly.
• Curiosity for emerging channels (GEO, creator‑led growth) and solid knowledge of SEO and ASO.
