About the role
Ctrl AI is seeking a Growth Partner to drive adoption of its AI platform across the UK housing sector. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, working closely with the CEO to shape pipeline strategy and open key accounts. The role is remote with client travel, ideally based in London or Manchester.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales (prospect, qualify, demo, close) targeting housing law firms, housing associations, ALMOs and ombudsman services.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on disrepair, service charges, anti‑social behaviour and high‑volume complaints.
- Articulate the regulatory context (Housing Ombudsman, RSH, Awaab’s Law, STAIRS reporting) and how the platform supports compliance.
- Position the product against the sector’s data challenges, emphasizing side‑of‑desk deployment with no integration required.
- Build relationships through sector events and networks such as CIH, HQN, NHF and AI‑in‑housing forums.
- Provide market intelligence to product teams, shape outbound messaging with the CEO, and maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasts.
- Contribute to the commercial playbook, pricing models and deal structures for both enterprise and volume accounts.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in the UK housing sector, preferably in housing law, complaints handling, or CX leadership within a housing association or ombudsman service.
- Proven track record of enterprise sales and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of housing‑related regulatory frameworks and data realities.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and sector events.
