Growth Product Manager (Staff/Principal level)

About the role

Synthesia is accelerating product delivery by embedding growth thinking from day one. As a Growth Product Manager you will own the acquisition, activation, adoption and retention loops for a core product area, ensuring growth is baked into the roadmap rather than retrofitted.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end growth surface for a core product, shaping acquisition, activation, adoption and retention from the start.
• Partner with core product PMs and engineers to surface high‑impact growth ideas and expose the primitives needed to scale them.
• Design discovery‑led acquisition loops and frictionless user experiences that achieve the job‑to‑be‑done in a few clicks.
• Rally cross‑functional teams around measurable outcomes and accelerate goal achievement.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and GTM teams to make funnel‑ and journey‑thinking a standard part of product development.

Required profile

• AI‑native professional who has integrated AI into product or team workflows and stays current with rapid AI advances.
• Scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast in 0→1, high‑change environments.
• Credibility builder who can quickly earn trust across engineers, PMs and GTM functions.
• Technically fluent, able to discuss trade‑offs with engineers and make data‑driven decisions.
• Outcome‑driven mindset focused on moving the right metrics.
