Guest Experience Team Member – Matchday (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the Guest Experience Team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC and help create memorable matchday moments for members, sponsors and guests. You will work primarily on home matchdays for the 2026/27 season, covering an average of four hours per shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, sponsors and guests with a warm, professional greeting.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate premium lounge or restaurant area.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to enquiries.
• Support the 1901 club team in matchday operations, including assisting with requests and troubleshooting.
• Work flexible evenings and weekends to cover the majority of home fixtures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service role.
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the club’s values.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the season.
