Guest Services Host

About the role

Wilde is looking for a Guest Services Host to join the team at its Liverpool Street location in London. You will work across public areas, the lobby, reception and bar spaces, delivering a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and answer enquiries.
• Maintain the lobby, bar and host stand to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Adjust lighting, music volume and overall ambience to create the right mood for guests.
• Prepare and serve basic cocktails and refreshments as needed.
• Support opening, swing and closing shifts, ensuring seamless operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is helpful but not mandatory – full training will be provided.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and represent Wilde with pride.
