Guest Services Host – Night Auditor

About the role

Join Wilde as a Guest Services Host – Night Auditor and be the backbone of our overnight operations. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience while supporting the hotel’s front‑of‑house, bar, and food & beverage areas during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet for the morning service.
• Clean and maintain lobby, reception, and bar areas to high standards.
• Perform in‑house laundry duties.
• Carry out night audit procedures and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure all public areas are ready for the next day’s operations.
• Assist with reception duties and support food & beverage operations as needed.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful; full training will be provided.
