About the role

Kick‑start your career in hairdressing with a Level 2 apprenticeship at Reflections Academies. You will work full‑time in a salon environment, gaining hands‑on experience while studying theory and practical skills at the Bristol training centre.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Shampoo and condition hair at the basin.
• Offer refreshments and maintain salon hygiene.
• Assist senior stylists with daily tasks and client services.
• Participate in weekly salon training and fortnightly academy sessions.

Required profile

• Motivated to begin a career in hairdressing.
• Eligible for a Level 2 apprenticeship standard.
• Available for full‑time onsite work with a weekly day off.

Required skills

• Basic cutting techniques.
• Understanding of colour theory.
• Textured hair handling.
• Hair‑up styling.
• Salon hygiene and cleanliness.
