Hands on Programme Manager - Loan Book Migration - RFI

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Programme Manager to lead a high‑impact loan book migration RFI initiative for a prestigious financial services organisation. The role is based in central London with a hybrid working model and offers immediate start on a three‑month contract, with likely extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end assessment of future loan‑book platforms, including risks, technology options, vendors, costs and implementation approaches.
• Develop and present strategic options and business cases to the CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Own the RFI process, work closely with procurement, and manage supplier selection.
• Identify and engage suitable external platform providers.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks, issues and dependencies throughout the discovery phase.
• Drive mobilisation and oversee delivery of the chosen solution, working alongside an experienced Business Analyst.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on Programme Manager with strong experience delivering complex data transformation or data‑strategy programmes.
• Demonstrated experience leading supplier selection, RFI/RFP and procurement activities.
• Ability to operate at C‑suite level and influence senior stakeholders, including the CFO.
• Solid understanding of loan‑book, lending, loan servicing or loan‑management programmes and the loan life‑cycle.
