Handyman & Painter/Decorator – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Handyman / Painter & Decorator to join a well‑established construction and property maintenance company serving the South East. The successful candidate will deliver high‑standard building and grounds maintenance across a variety of residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Painting and decorating interiors and exteriors
• Replacing fence panels and posts
• Carrying out minor plumbing tasks
• Silicone sealing and finishing work
• Guttering repairs and maintenance
• Replacing locks
• General handyman and maintenance duties

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance and domestic repairs
• Confidence using a range of hand and power tools
• Strong painting and decorating skills, including work at height on ladders
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Commitment to safe working practices at all times
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
