Handyman/Maintenance Technician for Luxury Showrooms

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to keep our luxury vehicle showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas in immaculate condition. You will ensure every detail of the facility reflects the prestige of the vehicles on display.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to spot and repair aesthetic imperfections such as scuffs, lighting faults and floor marks.
• Maintain specialised showroom flooring, external signage, entrance gates and landscaping.
• Arrange specialist plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs as required.
• Manage HVAC filter changes and perform basic climate‑control checks for historic vehicle storage.
• Oversee specialised equipment maintenance and coordinate external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance).
• Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
• Maintain clear and safe access paths in high‑value storage areas.

Required profile

• Excellent eye for detail and professionalism when working around high‑profile clients.
• Jack‑of‑all‑trades attitude – no task is too small.
• Basic proficiency in painting/decorating, electrical work and plumbing.
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely.
• Full, clean driving licence.
