Handyperson – Facilities Maintenance (Kingston upon Thames)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Handyperson to join a well‑established facilities team serving large commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools and universities. The role offers a static, long‑term position with excellent work‑life balance, flexible start and finish times, and a regular on‑call rota.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC and electrical systems across the portfolio of buildings.
- Carry out general facilities work including plumbing, decorating and basic electrical tasks.
- Respond to an on‑call rota every third week, receiving a £300 bonus for each call‑out.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Handyperson working in large commercial environments such as hospitals, schools or universities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
