Handyperson – Mobile role covering Dorset

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Handyperson for a mobile role covering Poole and the wider Dorset area. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday 8 am‑5 pm, offering a salary of £30,000 plus a company vehicle.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to minor fabric reactive work requests via the helpdesk within agreed timeframes.
- Carry out proactive maintenance and low‑level Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Maintain site housekeeping standards, especially in plant rooms.
- Perform low‑level plumbing tasks and conduct monthly Legionella checks.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a Handyperson or facilities management role.
- Ability to pass security vetting.

- Basic plumbing.
