Head Concierge

About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as the Head Concierge and become the central figure in delivering a five‑star lifestyle for residents at The Residences. You will lead hospitality and wellbeing services, ensuring every resident experiences warmth, professionalism and seamless support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing exemplary, personalised service.
• Anticipate and fulfil resident requests, from deliveries and in‑suite meals to fridge stocking.
• Coordinate resident admissions and liaise with internal departments for smooth transitions.
• Oversee dining and bar services, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain the overall appearance of The Residences, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Plan and coordinate activities and events in partnership with care staff and external providers.

Required profile

• Background in luxury hospitality, preferably 5‑star concierge or front‑of‑house experience.
• Immaculate personal presentation and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard IT and office software.
