Head Gardener / Landscaper

About the role
Our client is seeking a Head Gardener to lead the delivery of high‑quality horticultural and landscape services across residential and commercial sites in Central London. The successful candidate will combine a hands‑on approach with strong leadership to ensure the sites are presented to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of site presentation and garden aesthetics.
- Manage and motivate a team of gardeners and landscape operatives.
- Maintain full Health & Safety compliance for all site activities.
- Oversee the upkeep of residential and commercial landscapes throughout Central London.
- Build and maintain relationships with the Contracts Manager and clients.
Required profile
- Full driving licence (essential).
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance as a team leader.
- Practical, hands‑on approach to garden work.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between £33,000 and £40,000 per annum.
- Full‑time permanent position based in Central London.
